Schopen Pest Solutions, Inc., offers a wide variety of services to fit your needs both financially and convienently. Most programs start with an Initial Service and Consultation. After that, we will find the right program for you and your family. The most important thing to remember is that Schopen Pest Solutions, Inc., does NOT have contracts. You will never be forced into any agreements. We like to work with a handshake and an understanding between ourselves and our clients.

Initial Service
Our Initial Service includes a visual inspection of your home inside and out, an explanation of what we will be doing and then the actual service. Depending on the pest and the size of the home, most average Initial Services generally will run about an hour and will cost $130.00-$225.00. Keep in mind that the pest is very important in determing the cost. For example, if a new client had roaches, the cost and frequency of visits could be much greater. Or, if a client had mice, the cost could be less.

Follow-up Service
We always provide a Follow-up service for all of our clients regardless of the pest (the exception would be wasps). The Follow-up service is critical in knowing how bad your mouse problem really is, what food has been contaminated by Indian meal moths or how many foraging ants are you still seeing. The Follow-up service is normally provide within two weeks of the Initial Service for mice and up to four-to-five weeks for most other pests. Roaches are treated weekly.

Quarterly Service
Schopen Pest Solutions, Inc., provides monthly service for businesses, but for our residential clients, we offer a less intrusive Quarterly Program. The truth of the matter is that most pesticides now-a-days, will keep many pests under control for long periods of time. Therefore, the days of monthly pest control programs are really unecessary (except for roaches infestations or people who live in warmer clients such as California, Texas and Florida). In Wisconsin and Illinois, we can stop ants and spiders in the spring, carpenter ants and wasps in the summer, box elders and yellow jackets in the fall and mice and spiders during the winter. Just four visits and most of your problems will be reduced or eliminated! Our Quarterly Program costs $90.00 for most homes but can be more for larger residences.

Power Spray Program
For earwigs, box elder bugs, Asian lady beetles, spiders and wasps, nothing works better than our Power Spray Program (PSP). By treating the exterior of your home with our high-pressure sprayer, Schopen Pest Solutions, Inc., can protect you and your family from stinging insects or other annoying pests. By applying pesticides around the perimeter of your home, behind the shutters, around the soffits and under your foilage, we can make your summers more out-door friendly. This program can be done as a stand-alone or in conjunction with your Quarterly Service. Call our office for pricing.

Rodent Treatments
Some clients have only mice problems and they don't want their home sprayed. That's fine with us. We will tackle your rodent issues on a Quarterly basis with the cost ranging from $45-53.00 every three months.
